Shipping and Returns
Tolentino currently ships to the following countries:
Spain, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
We are working in order to ship to other areas. If your country is not in the list, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to offer you a personal solution.
Since most of our products are manufactured to order, delivery times can vary between 5 and 10 working days. In some cases, like our LE (Limited edition) products, delivery times can vary between 3 and 6 working days
When your order is sent, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery day. Our transport agency will confirm delivery by SMS or email. If you are not able to collect your shipment on that date you can choose an alternative date.
Tolentino offers free shipping for our clients.
We accept payment through VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Payment is made at the time of order, in Euros. Your payment information is processed externally by our partner redsys, the leading payment platform in Spain using the 3D Secure technology and is never available to us.
Our clients can return or exchange any goods purchased through tolentinohats.com.
At Tolentino Hats we take pride in the quality of our products and we hope they will provide you complete satisfaction. But, if for any reason the product does not meet your expectations or you decide to return it, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund according to the following procedure:
- All returns must be in their original condition and complete with all the tags still attached with their original fastenings. We cannot offer any exchanges or refunds on items that have been worn, marked or damaged or that are not in their undamaged original packaging.
- In case of shipping errors, manufacturing flaws or transportation damage, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. If external packaging is deteriorated, we recommend that you write it down when signing the delivery and take a photo of the box before opening it.
- You have 14 days to request a refund or exchange. To do so, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer care department will contact you to coordinate the collection of the return.
- You can choose between receiving another unit or a full refund of your purchase. In this case, a refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the return, in the same currency and through the same payment method used in the original purchase. If you choose to receive another article, we will give it maximum priority.

Unique pieces and collector’s items
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on products that have been made to order or customised.
Our return policy neither applies to the sale of unique pieces from fashion shows and events. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on the availability and price of these items. These special articles, that have been displayed in events or portrayed in fashion magazines, will not be replicated and they are provided with an authenticity certificate.
