HOW TO PURCHASE

You can choose your hat or headpiece through our on-line shop, where you will find photos of the articles and will learn about the materials, ornaments and colours of each piece in full detail, as well as the collection it belongs to.

In case the product is manufactured in several sizes, you need to choose your size according to our size guide.

Select your chosen piece and size and click on “Add to Cart”. You can continue browsing other products. When you are ready, click on the Cart symbol to finish your purchase.

Fill in the invoice form with your billing address information as requested.

Select the country of delivery. If your country is not in the list, please send an email to info@tolentinohats.com and we will try to offer you a personal solution.

Choose your payment option and fill in your shipping address. Please remember that your payment data will be processed by Paypal or the bank’s payment gateway, a secure external platform outside our website. Your payment data is never shared with us.

You can add any additional information in Comments such as preferred delivery times or any other indication.

DELIVERY TIMES

Since most of our products are manufactured to order, delivery times can vary between 5 and 10 working days. In some cases, like our LE (Limited edition) products, delivery times can be reduced to between 3 and 6 working days.

If you need your hat or headpiece for a given date, please contact us at info@tolentinohats.com with the name of the article and the date you need it for, and we will try to offer you a personal solution.

When your order is sent, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date. Our shipping agency will confirm delivery by SMS or email. If you are not able to collect your shipment on that date, you can choose an alternative date.

LIMITED EDITIONS AND COLLECTOR ITEMS

Some of our hats and headpieces can be sent on a short notice, since they are exceptional products that are already in stock and will not be made again. These are really unique pieces that have been designed for fashion shows or special events.
